*Starts typing reluctantly* When I was 4, I would kill time in church by drawing universal's movie monsters on the back of the church pamphlets, with the pencils provided by the church for the offering envelopes. When I was 6(?) I wrote a letter to the army about my concern for the security of the green amulet that Dracula was after, because I was convinced that the amulet had in fact not been destroyed because movies are pretend. So, may dad mailed it... and they wrote me back... assuring me that it was heavily guarded. (I need to find that letter, lol) So special thanks to the guy at the army for having such a goof sense of humor. When I was in elementary school, my most favorite thing was getting the monthly(?) book order sheets and running home to try and convince my mom to order all of the horror-related books. The bounty I pulled from the Halloween edition was better than Christmas itself. In fifth grade, I was in charge of designing the haunted house for the school's fall festival. We had a floating head cabinet and a decapitation re-enactment. It was sweet. The only way visitors could leave was by crawling through the tunnel of doom. When I ended up going to high school in Minnesota (all the way from Georgia), I found Chris at "Costumes for your Eyes" (freakyeyes.com), who also did contacts for Interview with the Vampire and X-Files, and he made some white contacts for me that I wore to school all the time. And no, I wasnt goth... or emo. Emo didnt even exist yet, technically. This was before marilyn manson and wild eyez, so people were'nt used to it. It freaked everyone out. I now have "Fire" colored black light reactive contacts that Chris made for me as well, which were originally made for one of my movies, and I usually wear them every Halloween. More to come...?
