One night on their way home from a high school football away-game, five girls become lost on the back roads of Tennessee. After deciding to stop for directions, they make a grave mistake that attracts the unwanted attention of a lunatic. As they are pursued relentlessly, they are forced to make decisions that will determine their survival. Will they be able to endure a chaotic night filled with violence and brutality or will the legend of their demise become known as the Five Across The Eyes.
